Rachel Miller

Rachel Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Currently serving as a Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor at Darwin Escapes since July 2023, Rachel previously held significant roles at Zoopla from August 2006 to September 2020, including Technical Support Team Lead and Senior Technical Support Analyst. In these positions, Rachel managed escalated technical team activities and fostered collaboration, while also providing essential support to Estate Agents and Property Portals. Earlier experience includes roles at RM English as Customer Service Supervisor and at TeleWare plc and Bosch Telecom, where technical support and installation engineering were key responsibilities. Rachel holds a HND in Computer Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering from Teesside University, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Equine Science from Writtle University College.
