James Allen has over a decade of experience in recruitment and team leadership, currently serving as Team Leader for Life Sciences at Darwin Recruitment since August 2017. In this role, James drives the growth of Life Science companies across Europe, focusing on sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and Medical Devices, with expertise in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Production and Manufacturing, and Engineering. Prior positions include Team Leader for Data in Sweden, Learning and Development Manager, and Delivery Manager.
