Nupur Bolangady

Nupur Bolangady is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership and consulting. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Darwinbox since May 2022, Nupur provides strategic guidance to over 20 enterprise customers on HR technology best practices. Previously, Nupur held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Goomo, leading HR functions in a dynamic startup environment and streamlining processes for sustainability. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Capital Float, Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd., and Xebec Communications, where Nupur was instrumental in establishing HR practices, integrating systems, and enhancing employee growth.
