Rudraditya Bhattacharya

Rudraditya Bhattacharya has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Rudraditya started their career as a Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Ltd, where they developed Data Masking and other Banking Capital Market Products using various technologies. Rudraditya then took on the role of Team Leader and Senior Systems Engineer, responsible for pre-sales activities and guiding a team of developers to improve the product.

In 2012, Rudraditya joined Standard Chartered Bank, first as an International Graduate, where they focused on Transaction Banking Products for SME Banking. Rudraditya contributed to product development, marketing campaign designs, and vendor management. Rudraditya also worked on creating training modules for the sales force and designing go-to-market plans. Later, as the Origination Head for SME Banking, they led a team of origination managers in seeking out new business opportunities in various industries.

In 2015, Rudraditya joined BankBazaar.com as an Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships. Rudraditya was responsible for acquiring and managing partnerships with large banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies in India. Rudraditya also played a key role in setting up digital finance channels through technology integration, analytics, and online customer acquisition. In 2017, they became the Director of Strategic Partnerships before eventually joining Darwinbox as the Regional Sales Director.

Throughout their career, Rudraditya has demonstrated strong skills in sales, partnership management, product development, and team leadership.

Rudraditya Bhattacharya completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Jadavpur University from 2003 to 2007. Rudraditya then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow from 2010 to 2012.
