Vivek Sriramaiah

Vivek Sriramaiah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery, implementation, and customer success across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Service Delivery and Head of Implementation for APAC and South India at Darwinbox since July 2021, Vivek also holds the position of Customer Success Director. Prior to this, leadership roles included Partner at People Advisors and Founder Director at SparkPlug Coworks, along with co-founding The Hacker Street. With a background in advisory services at Ernst & Young, Vivek has cultivated significant expertise in human resource management, holding a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Bangalore University.
