Andrea Ines has a diverse work experience in various roles within the software engineering field. Andrea started their career at Orbital Critical Systems in 2014 as a V&V Validation and Verification Engineer, primarily working on the M-MMS software for the A400M aircraft of Airbus. Andrea then transitioned to a Software Engineer role, focusing on the development and maintenance of SOC2.0 for the A400M aircraft. In 2017, they joined FSINGENIUM de FSESTRUCTURAS as a Software Engineer before moving on to das-Nano in 2018. At das-Nano, Andrea initially served as a Software Engineer and later progressed to become a Project Manager. In February 2021, they took up the role of Technology Director for the Terahertz Business Unit at das-Nano. Overall, Andrea has gained expertise in software engineering, project management, and technology leadership throughout their career.
Andrea Ines earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Pública de Navarra. Andrea completed their degree from 2006 to 2013.
Additionally, Andrea has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they obtained the "First Certificate in English" from the University of Cambridge. Later in 2017, they completed a "Gestión de proyectos" program from AIN - Asociación de la Industria Navarra. In 2019, they acquired a certification in "Gestión de I+D+I en ingeniería" from AIN and "Equipos Ágiles: Características de los equipos para responder adecuadamente a los nuevos retos en procesos de gestión ágil" from Club de Marketing de Navarra. Finally, in 2021 and 2022, Andrea obtained certifications in "Programa de desarrollo directivo" and "Programa para el desarrollo de habilidades de gestión emocional en el trabajo" respectively, both from Club de Marketing de Navarra.
