Oluwatobi Alao

Oluwatobi Alao SPHRi™ has held various positions in the Human Resources field since 2012. In 2012, they worked as an Environmental Intern at the Ministry of Environment. In 2013, they were an HR/HSE Assistant at Grand Cereals Limited. In 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at JV CONSULTS. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at TOMSEY ENGINEERING AND SERVICES INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, first as a Senior HR/Admin Officer and then as a Team Lead, HR & Admin. Currently, they are the Head of People, West & South Africa at Dash.

Oluwatobi Alao SPHRi™ has a Bachelor's degree in Ecology from Obafemi Awolowo University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2013. Oluwatobi then went on to complete a Master's degree in Ecology from the University of Benin between 2014 and 2016. In 2021, they obtained a Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services and a Senior Professional in Human Resources - International™ (SPHRi™) from HRCI. In 2014, they obtained a CEIH from the Chatered Institute of Environmental Health. In 2022, they obtained a Peer Coach certification from CoffeeChat.
