Alex Nwaka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the venture capital and technology sectors. As a Co-Founder of Validation Cloud since January 2022, Alex has been instrumental in providing enterprise-grade Node & Staking-as-a-service to support global transaction efficiency. In addition, Alex serves as an Advisor at Seal Storage Technology, contributing to its position as North America's largest decentralized cloud storage provider. As a Limited Partner at Dash Fund, Alex backs emerging category-defining companies. Alex also actively participates in the BLCK VC Sponsorship Committee, aimed at empowering black venture investors. Previously, Alex held the title of Principal at Touchdown Ventures, leading investments in B2B SaaS companies. An accomplished investor, Alex has engaged with multiple startups across various sectors, and holds degrees from The Wharton School and Columbia Business School, alongside an MBA Fellowship from Management Leadership for Tomorrow.
