Cynthia Tolsma

Cynthia Tolsma is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various industries. Currently serving as President Emeritus at Dasher Services, Inc. since January 2020, Cynthia previously held multiple leadership roles at Dasher, Inc. from April 2014 to January 2020, including Chief Culture & Engagement Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of the PA Auto Theft Prevention Authority from September 2011 to April 2014, where notable achievements included reducing costs and enhancing accountability. Cynthia's career at Nationwide Insurance spanned from April 1996 to December 2010, culminating in the role of Vice President of Field Operations, with earlier positions overseeing the Northeastern States and Pennsylvania operations. Cynthia holds an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Swarthmore College.
