Rachael Stockton

Rachael Stockton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product marketing and leadership coaching. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Marketing at Dashlane since September 2023, Rachael also founded Inner Compass Leadership Coaching in June 2022, where focus lies on empowering high-achieving women to overcome obstacles and achieve balance in their careers and lives. Previously, Rachael held senior roles in product marketing at Transmit Security and LogMeIn, as well as a decade-long tenure at RSA Security leading the transformation of its Identity business. Rachael has also contributed as an adjunct professor at Bay State College, an independent contractor for several companies, and a Senior Product Manager at Akamai. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, complemented by training from iPEC.
