Stacy Sahagian

Stacy Sahagian is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Director of People at Dashlane since October 2018, Stacy oversees global compensation strategies, leads an international HR Business Partner team, and manages US recruiting efforts. Previously, at Compass, Stacy held various HR roles, including People & Culture Partner, where responsibilities encompassed HR support across multiple East Coast offices and included coaching, talent management, and culture shaping initiatives. Initial HR experience includes roles such as People & Culture Analyst at PeerIQ and various internships in art and editorial environments. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from New York University.
