Nora Berard

Nora Berard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aerospace industry and customer service management. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Diversified Aero Services, Inc. (DASI) since August 2013, Nora ensures the swift resolution of order discrepancies and maintains clear communication with customers regarding order statuses. Prior to DASI, Nora held roles as Sales Administrator at Silver Wings Aerospace, where procurement and sales responsibilities were undertaken, and as Owner of Aerospace Services and Parts (ASAP), overseeing all facets of business operations. Nora also gained valuable experience as an Administrative Assistant at DASI from 1997 to 2005, and as a Purchasing Agent at Eastern Airlines, handling inventory management and purchasing. Early career experience includes court reporting for National Reporting.
