Heather Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Heather started their career at Zion Child Development Center as a Daycamp Director from 1991 to 1996. Heather then moved on to International Paper, where they worked as a Roto Gluer Technician from 1996 to 1998. In 2001, Heather joined Data Dimensions and held various roles within the company. Heather began as a Data Entry Operator in the Production Services Department, then became a Clerical Aide and later a Mailroom Distribution/Client Coordinator. In 2003, they transitioned to the Client Services Department, starting as an Account Manager I and eventually progressing to Account Manager II and III. Heather continued to grow within the company and was promoted to the role of Project Manager in the Client Services Department in 2006. In 2015, they became the Director of Client Services, where they continued to excel and provide exceptional service to clients. Most recently, Heather served as the Vice President of Client Services & Implementations, overseeing client service support, training, implementation, account management, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Their responsibilities included managing the client service support function, leading the implementations team, handling relationship management and collaboration, and resolving implementation issues. Throughout their career, Heather has consistently demonstrated their strong leadership skills, client-focused approach, and ability to effectively manage projects and resources.
Heather Davis obtained their Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Eastern Iowa Community College, which they attended from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General at Capri College-Davenport, but the start and end years for this program are not provided.
