Aayushman Dalmia

Aayushman Dalmia has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Aayushman is the Founder & CEO of Zoftware, a position they have held since September 2022. Aayushman is also a Member of Techstars since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Data Direct Group, where they held multiple positions including Director - Growth & Innovation, Business Head - Sales, Marketing & Technology, Digital Transformation Manager, Account Manager, and Business Analyst. Aayushman was an Advisor (Ex Co-Founder) at Carat Finder and a Member of EO Accelerator UAE. Aayushman also co-founded College Town Tutor LLC, where they served as the Chief Technology Officer before leaving in August 2019.

Aayushman Dalmia completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics, Finance & Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they graduated from Dubai Modern High School in 2011 with a focus on Commerce. In addition to their formal education, Aayushman obtained several certifications, including "Leading with Finance" from Harvard Business School in 2020, "Leadership Communication for Maximum Impact: Storytelling" and "High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation" from Northwestern University in 2019, and "Data Science & Machine Learning" from The School of Data Science in 2017.
