Bob Gatta

Bob Gatta has a long career in the manufacturing and engineering industries. Bob began their career in 1986 as a Sales Engineer for Kyocera International, Inc. (North America). Bob then moved to Lydall, Inc. in 1992 as an SBU Manager for Liquid Filtration. In 1996, they became Director of Strategic Planning for Taconic. Two years later they were promoted to General Manager of Industrial Products & Architectural Fabric Division in Europe. In 2001, they were recruited to turnaround Sermatech Ethylene and was appointed General Manager of Sermatech ISPA division. In 2002, they were COO & Board Member of MetWeld, Tiber Industries and in 2004 they became Chief Executive Officer & Board Member of Portadam, Inc. In 2015 they joined Generate Holding, LLC as Chief Operating Officer and in 2016 they became Chief Executive Officer & Board Member of Data Display Systems, LLC. During their tenure at DDS, they developed and executed a new foundational business strategy and technology roadmap, resulting in increased revenue.

Bob Gatta obtained their MBA from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics between 1996 and 1998. Bob also obtained a BS in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University between 1980 and 1985. In 2013, they obtained a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from Villanova University Online Business Programs.
