Jennifer Eastman

Jennifer Eastman is a senior attorney with over 35 years of experience in corporate law and contract management. Ms. Eastman leads the contract management process for the negotiation and implementation of contracts for DRC. Prior to joining DRC, she worked on the internal counsel team at Honeywell International Inc., where she gained expertise in counseling an international sales force on deal structures, contract formation, and regulatory and compliance matters. Ms. Eastman holds a Juris Doctor degree from Hamline University School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Education & Child Study from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, and completed undergraduate coursework at Harvard University. ​
