Anastasiia Rusavska

Anastasiia Rusavska has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Anastasiia started their career in 2014 as a Senior Administrative Manager at KROK University, where they handled administrative responsibilities for a period of three years. In 2017, they joined Luxoft as a Recruitment Specialist, working with international clients and contributing to the company's growth for two years. In 2019, they transitioned to Data Science UA, starting as a Senior Technical Recruiter and subsequently becoming the Head of Recruitment. In this role, they managed the end-to-end recruiting process, led a team of 10+ members, and implemented various HR strategies and processes.
