Paul Collins

Paul Collins is a Software Specialist at DSA, with a focus on optimizing software solutions for resources, programs, and enterprises since April 2019. Prior to this role, Collins provided SAP T3 training support at Comtech LLC, implementing governance strategies and solution modernization. From November 2004 to August 2018, Collins worked at IBM in various roles related to SAP, including PMO Lead and Functional Analyst positions at the Department of Treasury and Navy ERP, where responsibilities included mentoring, training development, defect tracking, and creating business process procedures. Collins holds an education background from Towson State University.
