Shurna Henry is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience management, project management, and consulting. Shurna Henry (She/Her) completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Concordia University from 1993 to 1996. Shurna then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree at the Université de Montréal from 1996 to 2001. Continuing their education, Shurna Henry obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Morehead State University, studying from 2006 to 2008.
