Sylvie Santoro CRHA has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Their most recent position was as the Director of People & Culture at Datavalet Technologies, where they oversaw the company's Wi-Fi solutions for various industries. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at LGS, une société IBM for two years. Sylvie also held the role of Director of Human Resources, Canada Division at Beacon Roofing Supply, where they implemented HR practices aligned with business goals and developed programs to support the organization's strategy.

Sylvie has also worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at McKesson Canada, Senior HR Manager Integration at Domtar, and EMEA Human Resources Director at Philips Respironics. Earlier in their career, Sylvie was the EMEA Human Resources Partner Acquisition at IBM, Human Resources Manager Europe South at FileNet, and Human Resources Manager at RTSe.
