Ana Griselda

Ana Griselda has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Ana started their career as a Bookkeeper at FOOD EMPORIUM in 1984 and worked there for 10 years. Ana then worked as an English Teacher at Instituto Cristiano Abba from 1997 to 1999 and as a High School English Teacher at Colegio Dominicano for a brief period in 1999.

In 1999, Ana joined INFOTEL as a Bilingual Supervisor and stayed with the company until 2005. Ana then worked at Carribean Communication & Data as an Operations and HR Manager from 2006 to 2008. After that, Ana served as the HR Manager at Globcom Corp (Call Center) from 2008 to 2009.

In 2010, Ana became an HR Manager at Ecco Outsourcing Group and remained in that role until 2013. Ana then joined Data Vimenca, where they held various positions. Ana started as an HR Manager from 2013 to 2017, then became the Site Director from 2017 to the present, and most recently assumed the role of Director of Human Resources & Recruitment in June 2019.

Throughout their career, Ana has gained significant experience in HR management, recruitment, and operations.
