Andrey Sylchuk

Andrey Sylchuk has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Andrey started their career at Lohika in 2011, where they worked as a middle QA Automation engineer, and later advanced to the role of Senior QA Engineer. During their time at Lohika, they managed a sub-team and served as the technical and automation lead for a project. Andrey also gained experience in project management, defect tracking, and functional testing.

In 2014, Andrey joined fabrika.od.ua as a QA Trainer, where they focused on training and quality assurance.

Since 2015, Andrey has been working at DataArt, starting as a Project Manager and progressing to the role of Senior Project Manager. Andrey was responsible for managing multiple projects within the same account, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and objectives. Andrey then became the Delivery Manager, overseeing project monitoring and resource allocation. Andrey later served as the Deputy Head of DataArt's R&D Center in Odessa, before assuming their current role as Head of R&D Center & Delivery Director.

Throughout their career, Andrey has demonstrated strong leadership skills, team management abilities, and expertise in project management and quality assurance.

Andrey Sylchuk completed their education at Odessa National Polytechnic University from 2005 to 2011, earning a Master's degree in Specialized computer systems and networks. In addition, they pursued a Specialist degree in Management of foreign economic activity at Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University from 2005 to 2010. Andrey has also obtained a certification titled "Learning How to Learn: Powerful mental tools to help you master tough subjects (with Honors)" from Coursera, though the month and year of completion are not specified.
