Ali Qasim

Ali Qasim is a seasoned Sr. Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing and supporting Payments, Payroll, and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) applications. Currently working at DCA - Database Consultants Australia since September 2017, Ali leads a team focused on multiple application enhancements. Previously, at Dubai Islamic Bank from September 2014 to June 2017, responsibilities included leading a team and conducting gap analysis for various applications. Ali also served as Sr. Software Engineer Team Lead for Payment Systems at Emirates NBD from February 2013 to August 2014, where project delivery management and requirement engineering for outsourced applications were key responsibilities. Ali holds a Master of Information Technology from Arid Agriculture University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of the Punjab.
