Anna Panteleienko has been working in the field of customer success since 2021, when they joined DataBees as a Customer Success Lead. In this role, they developed and scaled the Customer Success function, led the Customer Success Team, and built strategic objectives and operationalized the function. Anna then moved to a Customer Success Manager role, managing 15 to 25 accounts (SMBs, MM, Enterprise), leading the Customer Success Analysts Team, and leading Training & Onboarding of the new hires. Before joining DataBees, Anna worked as a Chief specialist of the economic-contractual and coordination department at Lviv Regional State Administration Capital Construction Department from 2020. Anna also held the role of Team Leader at AIESEC in Ukraine from 2017.
Anna Panteleienko has completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv in 2019. Anna then pursued a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs - Information Business, Translation/Interpreting from the same university in 2019-2020. In 2019, they also completed Educational Training in International Organizations from Austrian Academic Exchange Service (OeAD). Additionally, they obtained a Youthpass on "Youth work VS Fake News" from Erasmus+ Training Course KA1 in 2019. Anna is currently enrolled in a Political Science and Government, Journalism program at the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu. Anna also holds a Youthpass: Mobility of Youth Workers certification from the European Commission Erasmus+ which they obtained in October 2019.
