Boris Sagadin

Boris Sagadin has been in the tech industry for over 20 years. From 2001 to 2004, they worked at Agenda d.o.o. as a Debugging, Programming, and System Implementation specialist. From 2004 to 2007, they were a Network/System Administrator at Amis d.o.o. From 2007 to 2009, they were the owner of Boris Sagadin s.p. From 2009 to 2016, they were the CEO/Owner at InfoSplet d.o.o., specializing in virtualization, webhosting, domain, server/network maintenance, and management. Since 2016, they have been the Lead Cloud Systems Engineer at Databox, where they are responsible for leading AWS server infrastructure engineering, deployment, and monitoring, as well as Kubernetes orchestration via AWS EKS and CI deployment automation using CircleCI, GitHub, Satis, and AWS EKS.

Boris Sagadin obtained a degree in civil engineering from Univerza v Mariboru between 1995 and 1999. Boris also attended Srednja tehniška šola Ptuj, where they studied Elektrotehnika - elektronika. Additionally, Boris has obtained certifications from Red Hat, including RHCE in 2014 and RHCSA in 2013.
