Omer Krugman

Omer Krugman is currently the Director of Strategy and Execution at Databricks, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Omer served as Sr. Director of Global Innovation at Freshworks and as Head of Value & Analytics at Gong, a leading revenue intelligence technology provider. Omer's extensive experience at Salesforce includes roles such as Senior Director of Business Value Services, Director of Success Business Value, and Senior Principal Business Architect in the Expeditions team, where Omer focused on helping Fortune 500 companies maximize their Salesforce investments. Prior experience includes positions at KPMG US and KPMG Israel, where Omer provided advisory services and IT compliance assessments to major corporations, along with roles in system architecture at Discount Bank and team leadership in mainframe operations at Mamram. Omer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.
