Jerry Brooks

Jerry Brooks has worked in a variety of roles since 1983. Jerry began their career as an Infantry Officer and Combat Veteran in the US Army. In 1992, they became the President & CEO of Engineering Services, Inc., a technology start-up focused on government contracting. In 1999, they joined the Board of Directors of NMBC Global. From 2005 to the present, they have been the President & CEO of DataCom Solutions, Inc., a company that provides data management, cloud technology, and digital transformation to governmental and commercial customers on both a national and international scale.

Jerry Brooks is currently enrolled in the Corporate Director Certification program at Harvard Business School. Previously, they attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth for Senior Executive Leadership, Regis University for an MBA, and Western Illinois University for a BA in Business. Jerry also holds certifications from the American College of Corporate Directors, Harvard Business School, and USPTO, including the Corporate Director Certification, Making Corporate Boards More Effective, Patented Product - “SATBOX” Pat# 29/497-021, Program Certificate - Audit Committees in a New Era of Governance, and Program Certificate - Compensation Committees: New Challenges, New Solutions.
