Aj Ljubich

AJ Ljubich, CFA, currently serves as the VP, Head of FP&A at Datadog since March 2023. Previously, AJ held the same title at UiPath from February 2021 to February 2023, overseeing the global FP&A function and contributing to the company's IPO and growth from $500M ARR to over $1B ARR. Prior to UiPath, AJ was at Datadog from February 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities included Director of Investor Relations and FP&A and managing crucial aspects of the company’s 2019 IPO and subsequent growth. AJ also worked at Jefferies as VP of Software Equity Research, focusing on fundamental research and financial modeling for public software companies. Earlier career experience includes positions within J.P. Morgan, where AJ was involved in thematic fund-of-funds and global client investment management. AJ holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and International Studies from Boston College and studied at UNSW in 2009.
