Janelle Santiago

Janelle Santiago, FMP, is an experienced operations and office management professional with a diverse background in workplace experience and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Office Operations at Datadog since July 2024, Janelle has previously held key roles including Workplace Experience Manager at Mirakl and Operations & Office Manager at Jobcase, Inc. Earlier experiences include positions at Commure, Spotify, and various roles that looked after human resources, event coordination, and marketing initiatives at organizations such as WEVO and Boston Burger Company. Janelle holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Suffolk University, where involvement as Entrepreneurship Program Coordinator fostered entrepreneurship among students.
