Ky Pham

Ky Pham began their work experience as a Freelancer in graphic and web design in 2009. In 2011, they founded and managed PhotoshopVN.net, a website providing Photoshop and design resources for Vietnamese designers. From 2015 to 2019, Ky worked at Sioux High Tech Software Ltd, starting as a UX/UI and Graphic Designer Intern and eventually becoming a Senior UX/UI Designer and Design Team Lead. Ky also served as a Business Analyst during this time, working with clients from the US and EU. In 2019, Ky joined First Hawaiian Bank as a Project Manager and Project Coordinator, responsible for managing and maintaining project plans. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Technocom as a Business Analyst and Senior UX Designer. In 2020, Ky joined DataHouse Asia as a BA/UX Lead, responsible for leading BA and UX/UI activities within the organization. Ky then became a Project Manager, managing project scope, cost, time, and quality, and later served as a Senior Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager, leading the development teams to deliver software as a service and maintain customer relationships. In 2021, Ky founded CreativeAdventure and also started working at DataHouse as a Product Owner and UXUI Manager.

Ky Pham obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Duy Tan University - Carnegie Mellon University - International Program, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they obtained the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) Certification Training from Simplilearn in April 2020. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2023.
