Chad Kwiwon Covin

Chad Kwiwon Covin is an experienced Solutions Engineer at Dataiku since June 2022, with a prior role as a Senior Associate at Infosys from August 2019 to June 2021. At Infosys, Chad conducted over 40 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) tests monthly on Bank of America's client-facing webpages, resulting in an average reduction of approximately eight defects per webpage and enhanced client experience. Chad identified system-wide accessibility errors, proposing solutions to Bank of America's American Disabilities Act management team, and trained incoming Quality Assurance (QA) testers in WCAG 2.1 standards through more than ten training sessions.
