Michael Goldman

Michael Goldman is the current VP of Executive Recruitment at Dataiku. Prior to this, they were a Talent Acquisition Partner at Omnicom Health Group, the largest healthcare marketing and communications group in the world. Michael was responsible for recruitment and placement of candidates in Technology, Digital Strategy, Analytics, Account, Finance, Creative, Media, Search, Medical and Scientific Affairs divisions. In 2016, they successfully placed over 50 candidates in positions with salaries ranging from $40K - $300K.

From 2012 to 2015, Michael was a Senior Staffing Supervisor at Kelly Services. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations of a recruiting team including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Michael also created and implemented policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the team.

In 2012, Michael was an Associate Director at The Peak Accounting Group, Inc. where they oversaw the daily operations of the accounting department. Michael was responsible for training and development of employees, as well as ensuring that deadlines were met and targets were met.

From 2011 to 2012, Michael was a Recruiting Coordinator at Solomon Page Group. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for open positions. Michael also conducted interviews and made recommendations to hiring managers.

Michael Goldman earned their bachelor's degree in Human Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
