Sophia Harms

Sophia is uniquely user-focused. Her work is rooted in the belief that technology does the greatest good for the greatest number when it is widely accessible and easily usable. Before joining DataKind, she worked with political and nonprofit organizations to find creative answers to CRM and digital engagement needs. Earlier in her career, she ran data-driven field campaigns for voting rights. Sophia is originally from the Flint Hills of Kansas where the grass grows tall and the rule "do no harm" runs deep. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and reading.
