Eduardo Valdivia

Eduardo Valdivia has worked in various roles since 2013. Eduardo began their career at CVS Pharmacy as a Retail Store Associate, where they used strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and handle customer issues. Eduardo was then promoted to Shift Supervisor, where they partnered with store leaders to implement planograms and store merchandising, and assigned employees to tasks. In 2019, Eduardo moved to Demandforce, where they supported the Integration Analyst team and Integration Development team, as well as the Sales team in deploying the Demandforce Link Software for new customers. Currently, Eduardo is employed as a MSP System Engineer at Datalink Networks.

Eduardo Valdivia obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge in 2019. In 2022, they obtained certifications from Microsoft as an Azure Network Engineer Associate and an Azure Administrator Associate. In the same year, they also obtained an Introduction to Electricity: Volumes 1, 2, & 3 certification from LADWP.
