Lotti Hawkins

Lotti Hawkins currently serves as Community Manager - Head of Academy & Community at Datamaran, beginning in December 2023, where Lotti oversees efforts to empower business leaders in navigating the ESG landscape through an advanced AI platform. Prior to this role, Lotti was a Search Consultant specializing in Sustainability, ESG & Impact at Farrell Associates from July 2021 to October 2023, contributing to the ESG Ecosystem through boutique recruitment strategies. From September 2018 to June 2021, Lotti held the position of Senior Recruitment Consultant at Lawson Chase, where Lotti established and led the global ESG desk, focusing on recruitment within the Investment Management community. Lotti earned a degree in International Business Studies from Bournemouth University between 2013 and 2017.
