Maureen Guadagno

Maureen Guadagno has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and recruiting. Maureen is currently serving as the Vice President of People Strategy & Operations at Dataminr, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Dataminr as the Senior Director of People Strategy & Operations from January 2022 to February 2023. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Talent & Organizational Development from January 2021 to January 2022, and the Director of Talent & Organizational Development from January 2020 to January 2021. Maureen also has experience in talent acquisition and mobility, having served as the Director of Talent & Mobility from January 2019 to January 2020, and as the Senior Recruiting Manager from July 2018 to January 2019. Maureen joined Dataminr as a Recruiting Manager in August 2017 and held that position until July 2018. Prior to their tenure at Dataminr, Maureen worked as a Recruiter from July 2016 to July 2017 and as a Campus Recruiting Specialist from March 2016 to July 2016 at an undisclosed company. Before that, they were an Associate Campus Recruiter at BlackRock from September 2014 to March 2016. Maureen began their career at Barclays, where they served as a Technology Campus Recruiter from March 2012 to August 2014 and as a Campus Recruitment Coordinator from May 2011 to March 2012.

Maureen Guadagno obtained their high school education from Oak Knoll School between 2003 and 2007, receiving a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Following this, they pursued their higher education at Bucknell University. From 2007 to 2011, they studied Economics and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree.
