Ester Ramos Aleixo

Ester Ramos Aleixo has work experience in different industries, starting in 2020 as a Director of People Management at Publicae Consultoria Junior. Their responsibilities included monitoring the performance of employees, maintaining a healthy organizational climate, integrating and motivating team members, and managing recruitment and termination processes. In 2021, they worked as an intern at both ANAC and INSS until mid-2023, where they gained experience in auditing and customer success. Finally, in 2023, they started working at DataPolicy as a Customer Success Representative.

Ester Ramos Aleixo is currently attending Universidade de Brasília, where they will be studying Gestão de Políticas Públicas until 2023.
