Wayne Maddock

Wayne Maddock is an experienced support engineer with a diverse background in technical helpdesk support across various sectors, including financial services and cybersecurity. Currently employed at Datascape since June 2004, Wayne provides reactive support for a range of applications related to Bill Payment and Risk Management. Previous positions include roles at McAfee, Secure Computing, and S1 Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed troubleshooting and supporting security appliances, internet banking software, and client-server environments. Wayne also has experience with quality assurance and coordination of hardware/software support as demonstrated during tenure at Hewlett-Packard.
