Michael Bieniak

Michael Bieniak has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Michael currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Praction, a Revenue Guidance platform that helps SaaS leaders achieve their revenue goals. Michael is also a member of RevGenius, an online community.

Previously, Michael worked at ListenFirst, where they held multiple roles, including Enterprise Account Executive, Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Associate. Before that, they gained experience in social media management at ESPN, both as a freelance Social Media Manager and a Social Media Manager. Michael also worked with the Promotions Team at ESPN. Additionally, they served as a Sports Marketing Lead Intern at Titan Athletics at California State University Fullerton.

Through their work experience, Michael has developed skills in business development, revenue guidance, account management, customer success, social media management, and sports marketing.

Michael Bieniak has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing and Finance, obtained from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to that, they completed an Associate's Degree in Business, Social and Behavioral Sciences, and Liberal Studies from Irvine Valley College. In addition to their formal education, Michael also holds a certification in Praction BDR from Praction, which they obtained in May 2023.
