Ash Hopkins, CPACC has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, Ash worked at DataStax as a Senior Product Designer, focusing on improving the developer experience and cloud security while also refining internal team processes. Earlier in Ash's career, they worked at IHS Markit as a Senior UX/UI Designer and contributed to individual projects from 2015 to 2021. Ash was also the Principal Owner of Along Design Co. from 2012 to 2015. Ash Hopkins, CPACC, has a diverse education history. They obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Graphic Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design (RMCAD) from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued graphic design studies at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, from 2010 to 2011. They also pursued an undergraduate program in Graphic Design at Penn State University from 2009 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Ash Hopkins has obtained several certifications. They received the Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) certification from the IAAP - International Association of Accessibility Professionals in November 2021.
