Mangat R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and domains. They began their career at Accenture in 2006 as a Senior Programmer, where they worked on implementing solutions using webMethods 6x product suite in the Communication and hightech, SCM and Retail domains. They also handled testing support responsibilities.

In 2009, Mangat R. joined Xavient Software Solutions Pvt Ltd as a System Analyst, focusing on implementing solutions in the Telecommunication domain using webMethods 7x product suite.

They then joined Wipro Technologies in 2010 as a Technical Lead, working in the Retail domain and specializing in EAI, ESB, SOA, and BPM implementations using webMethods 7x and 8x product suite. They held multiple roles including developer, team leader, and onshore coordinator.

In 2012, Mangat R. moved to Infosys as a Technical Lead, primarily involved in implementation projects in the Retail domain. They worked with webMethods 8x product suite to handle EAI, ESB, SOA, and BPM tasks. Their responsibilities also included leading a team and administering production servers.

From 2013 to 2020, at Software AG, Mangat R. served as a Solutions Architect and a Senior Consultant. In these roles, they provided solutions architecture expertise and consulting services to clients. They specialized in implementing and optimizing EAI, ESB, SOA, and BPM solutions.

Subsequently, Mangat R. worked at Axway as a Principal Solutions Architect from 2020 to 2022, where they focused on providing architectural guidance and solutions expertise to clients.

Currently, Mangat R. is employed as a Data Architect at DataStax. In this position, they assist clients in implementing Realtime AI and Generative AI use cases using Cassandra, Pulsar, and Kaskada. Additionally, they work on vector database-based Generative AI use cases and assist clients in implementing NoSQL use cases using Astra Dbaas (Apache Cassandra DB as a service).

Mangat R. completed their education in the field of Computer Science and Applications. They first obtained a BSc Hons degree from the Department of Computer Science & Applications at Panjab University, from the start year of 2002 to the end year of 2005. They then pursued further education and obtained an MSc Hons degree from the same department, studying from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Mangat R. has obtained several certifications. These include "Introduction to Generative AI" from Google in July 2023, "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in August 2022, "AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical)" from AWS in July 2022, and "AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation" from AWS in July 2022.

They also hold certifications such as "Professional API Management" from Dell Boomi in April 2021, "Verified International Academic Qualifications" from World Education Services in September 2019, "Dell Boomi Associate Developer" from Dell Boomi in May 2019, "Universal Messaging 9.8 Professional" from Software AG in November 2016, "webMethods 9.7 Certified BPM Developer" from Software AG in September 2016, "webMethods 9.9 Certified ESB Developer" from Software AG in June 2016, and "ASDA Certified Developer" from Accenture in January 2008.
