Samuel Matioli has a strong background in technology and consulting, with extensive experience as a Solutions Architect and CTO. Samuel is currently working at DataStax as a Solutions Architect & Developer Advocate. Prior to this, they were the Technology Manager at Grupo GBI.
Samuel also founded and served as the CTO of SM22 Tech, a consulting startup that focuses on helping other consulting companies incorporate new practices and develop complex solutions. Samuel's earlier work includes roles as a Solution Architect at Sonda and Keyrus, a Software Engineer at Keyrus, and a SAP BI/BPC Architect at Datum TI. Samuel began their career as a Solution Architect at Sonda IT and Neoris.
Samuel Matioli's education history includes a degree in Sistemas de Informação (Information Systems) from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André. Samuel obtained this degree from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they attended Tera in 2018 to study Data Science and Machine Learning for Business, although they did not complete a degree during this time.

Samuel has plans to obtain the Associate Cloud Engineer certification from Google Cloud in 2023.
