Scott Hobbs has a diverse work experience with roles ranging from Analytics Engineer at Datatonic since 2022 to Data Analyst at Royal Mail from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Plusnet as a Reporting Analyst from 2018 to 2020 and as a Customer Service Representative from 2014 to 2018.

Scott Hobbs attended The Sheffield College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Mathematics. In terms of additional certifications, Scott obtained the following: Professional Data Engineer from Google Cloud in March 2021, Oracle Certified Professional, MySQL 5.6 Developer from Oracle in August 2018, Pcap from Python Institute in October 2020, and Astronomer Certification for Apache Airflow Fundamentals from Astronomer in December 2021. Scott also obtained Astronomer Certification DAG Authoring for Apache Airflow from Astronomer in January 2022 and dbt Fundamentals from dbt Labs in February 2022. Scott has recently acquired the dbt Developer certification from dbt Labs in August 2022.
