Ben is an accomplished Customer Success leader with 15 years of career in Service Management and Customer Success leadership roles at Datavail, IBM, and GE Capital. He leads by example and is able to coach and mentor delivery and technical teams (15 – 60 personnel) to consistently achieve group objectives in fast-paced and complex environments.
He is responsible for creating a unified customer experience by aligning the customer and Datavail goals for mutually beneficial outcomes across all Datavail disciplines. Ben seeded his passion for focusing on the customer during an earlier career as a successful chef in world-class restaurants. He has a passion for advocating for the customer to resolve complex business challenges resulting in mutual delight.
