Oussama Messaoud

Oussama Messaoud has worked for a number of companies since 2003. Oussama started as a Programmer for Optimal Systems in 2003, then worked as the IT Responsible for the Salaam Program at AIESEC US. In 2005, they were the Technical Manager for smartech, then became the Owner and Executive Manager for smartech training and consulting in 2006. In 2008, they were a Consultant for Arab International Lease (AIL), then became the Executive Manager for DOT IT in 2009. Oussama was the Chief Executive Officer for MH DISTRIBUTION from 2011 to 2016, then became the Chairman and CSO for DATAVORA from 2016 to 2019. Since 2019, they have been the Chairman of the Board for Theirtoriar, and in 2021 they became the Secretary General for Tunisian Startups.

Oussama Messaoud obtained a Bachelor in Information Technology Applied to Management from Université de Tunis between 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Baccalauréat in Mathématiques from Lycée Pilote Ariana between 1990 and 1997. In October 2021, they obtained a Facebook Certified Media Buying Professional certification from Facebook. Oussama also holds a Technicien certifié en PNL certification from The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
