Kathryn Ni has extensive work experience in customer operations and success roles. Kathryn is currently the Head of Customer Operations at TongLian Data, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Customer Success Head of East China at the same company from January 2022 to January 2023. Before joining TongLian Data, Kathryn worked at Meltwater for three years, where they held various roles including Manager of Client Success, Senior Client Success Account Manager, and Client Success Account Manager. Kathryn also completed a Management Trainee Programme at Cocoon Networks China and held internships at CICC and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
Kathryn Ni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistical Science from UCL, which they obtained in 2014. Kathryn later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computational Finance at UCL from 2016 to 2017. In 2023, Kathryn attended the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they completed in 2025. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2021.
