Morris S. Agoncillo

Morris S. Agoncillo is a licensed civil engineer with more than 35 years of experience in construction and project management. He is the President of DATEM Water, President of the Philippine Constructors Association (2017 – present), External Vice-President of the Construction Safety Foundation, Inc. (2009 – present), and Member of the Association of Construction Equipment Lessor (2010 – present). He also served as past president of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers, East Metro Manila Chapter (2016 – 2018).
