Rick Worley

Rick Worley has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries.

Rick currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Services at Datix, where they are responsible for defining and developing delivery resources for various technology products. Rick ensures the delivery of valuable and tangible results for clients by enhancing the technology platform and guiding process improvements.

Prior to their current role, Rick worked at TriMin Systems as a Senior Business Advisor. Rick delivered tangible business improvements to manufacturing companies by utilizing project management skills and implementing technical solutions. Rick'sresponsibilities included working with software tools such as ERP, CMMS, WMS, and Supply Chain Execution and Planning.

Rick also held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives at AGI In Store (div American Greetings), where they implemented supply chain initiatives to reduce costs and generate revenue. Rick focused on identifying materials and processes that supported sustainability and cost management.

As the Director of Operations at AGI Schutz, Rick managed various departments and played a key role in defining new processes. Under their guidance, the company achieved a multi-million-dollar turnaround to profitability in just one year.

Earlier in their career, Rick founded Nexgen Consulting, where they served as the Owner/President. Rick developed and sold software and services in areas such as ERP, CRP, CMMS, WMS, and MES. Rick successfully managed projects for mid-market to Fortune 100 companies and helped clients achieve significant cost improvements through improved processes and technology.

Rick's experience also includes working as a Senior Consultant at MAPICS, where they implemented ERP and supporting software products for domestic and international clients. Rick worked closely with affiliate channels to deliver consulting services and education to the client base.

Furthermore, Rick worked as a Senior Consultant at Intrax Technology Group, Ltd., where they sold software and services to mid-market to Fortune 500 companies. Rick'sexpertise included providing consulting services for ERP, SCM, MES, CMMS, and CRM technologies, as well as offering education in LEAN, LEAN Office, and Six Sigma improvement areas.

At the beginning of their career, Rick held the position of Director of IT at Rexham. Rick'sresponsibilities included data analysis, data conversion, programming, network design and implementation, and plant start-up activities across multiple locations within the enterprise.

Rick Worley attended DeVry University from 1980 to 1983, where they studied Computer Science. Years later, in 2011, they returned to DeVry University to pursue a degree in Technical Management, completing their studies in 2012.
