Roei Harduf

Roei Harduf has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software engineering. From 2022 to the present, they have worked as a Software Engineer at Datorios (formerly known as Metrolink). Prior to that, from 2018 to 2022, they worked at Ibex Medical Analytics as a Lead Engineer and Architect. During their time at Ibex, they were responsible for designing and implementing a diagnostic pipeline system and developing image analysis algorithms. Roei also deployed the company's first cloud-based customer environments.

From 2014 to 2018, Roei worked at Stratoscale as a Software Engineer. Roei was a leading member of the storage group and played a key role in creating a software-based distributed storage infrastructure for cloud applications. Their responsibilities included designing and implementing a scale-out object-store service, adding new features to the distributed host block devices solution, and developing the management layer for storage solutions.

Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, Roei worked at Imperva as a Software Engineer. Roei worked on the content-based file classification project, where they created a new appliance running a file content inspection engine. Roei also played a key role in modifying infrastructure to enable real-time classification of files and defining the architecture for management and file content classification servers.

From 2006 to 2012, Roei worked at Avaya as a Software Engineer. Roei was a part of the Linux and Android platform team, where they worked on a portable Android-based communication device. Roei also served as a Scrum Master and was involved in maintaining Avaya's SIP server.

Roei Harduf completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Computer Sciences at Tel Aviv University from 2002 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Physics and graduated from Tel Aviv University from 2008 to 2011.
