Jessica Kepler

Jessica Kepler is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at Datrose since July 2023, Jessica previously held the position of Recruiter II at Thermo Fisher Scientific from November 2019 to June 2023. Prior to that, Jessica was a Placement Specialist at the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Inc. from May 2017 to November 2019, contributing to RBA Staffing's mission of connecting employers with qualified candidates. Jessica also has experience as an Inside Sales Coordinator at Rochester Insulated Glass and served in various roles within recruitment and client partnership at Remedy Intelligent Staffing and Power Personnel from 2001 to 2016. Jessica is an alumna of Finger Lakes Community College.
